Mr. Hopper’s professional career includes work in financial analysis, asset and property management, development management, and sales and leasing.

 

In addition to his work at Devereux Real Estate Investments, Mr. Hopper works as a Real Estate Development Manager for Tallchamps, LLC – a real estate development company that develops and manages commercial shopping centers, office buildings, and residential subdivisions. He previously worked for Cooper Realty Investments (CRI), gaining experience in financial analysis and development management.

 

Mr. Hopper is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has earned its Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification. He is a state registered appraiser in Arkansas, holds an Arkansas Real Estate Salesperson License, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

 

He has served on the Board of Child Development for Central United Methodist Church and as chairman of the board of trustees for First United Methodist Church. He is a previous member of Leadership Benton County and Rotary International.

 

Mr. Hopper holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of North Alabama with emphasis in business management and computer information systems.
