Jim Hixon has had a long career in property management and maintenance. At Village on the Creeks, he oversees maintenance issues and repairs on 270,000 square feet of commercial property. His promptness and expertise is welcomed by the business tenants, and he helps them maintain their spaces so they can carry on with their work.

Mr. Hixon retired from the Rogers Fire Department in 1998 and then began work at Village on the Creeks in the maintenance department in 1999. He and his wife have two children and seven grandchildren. They have lived in Northwest Arkansas for 64 years.
